What is the significance of our name, 30 Point?
We took our name from the typical font-size of major newspaper headlines. Sometimes, the headline is all that matters – it’s all that people see and remember. We tell our clients all the time that they have the ability to shape the headlines that affect them – not just by what they do, but by what they say.
We also chose the name "30 Point" as homage to Guy Kawasaki’s
10/20/30 rule for Powerpoint presentations: No longer than 10 slides, no more than 20 minutes, and nothing smaller than 30 point font. Like Kawasaki, we believe that anything worth saying should be big, bold, and visible.
